Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Sale or clearance items.
Gift cards.
If you'd like a different item, the quickest option is to return your original purchase. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
