At Velanor Jewelers, each piece is handcrafted after your order is confirmed. To begin the manufacturing process, an advance payment is required.
Advance Payment
- Orders valued at up to Rs. 5,000 require an advance payment of Rs. 500.
- Orders valued above Rs. 5,000 require an advance payment of 25% of the total order value.
Production of your order will begin only after the required advance payment has been received and confirmed.
Remaining Balance
The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment method selected at checkout or as communicated by our customer support team.
Order Cancellation
If an order is cancelled after production has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable, as each item is custom-made specifically for your order.
